Great performances for all 5 SADRC this morning! Lee Mullen ran brilliantly for a top 10 finish with a time of 1hr33 and just keeps improving.
Mark, who finished in 1hr 42 was pleased to have a fifteen miler in the bag, and hopefully is now niggle free! Darren ran another great race in a time of 1hr47 followed by Ash in 1hr52 who was as strong as always. Amy Mitchell did one for the ladies and ran excellent, so consistent. Her first long run since before Christmas so was chuffed with her time!
