HAPPY NEW YEAR too all our members, friends, family and 4 legged animals!

Wishing you all a wonderful 2024!

We start the year off with XC. The tough Biscathorpe XC course is a firm favourite for Lincolnshire XC'ers who like to take on a challenge. It has it all. Hills, off road and plenty of water!

Phillip Weaver did a fantastic job rallying the troops to sign up to make great women and mens teams! Thank you for your work you did for the event to be a success for SADRC!

The Ladies took to the course. A big HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY to Sally Sharpe who thought there was no better way to celebrate the special birthday with mud, a fantastic 60th banner and friends! Below are the results for the Ladies. Special mention to Sian who ran a XC route for the first time.

13th Sarah Dowling 32.12

30th Kirsty Boulton 37.36

36th Lora Robinson 39.44

Congratulations to everyone who ran the course. A tough course but always enjoyable. The next XC course is on the 4th February at Stroxton. Everyone is welcome to attend the event, and encouraged. Its always great fun.

Oundle 10km

Notoriously a tough 10km course that is known to be windy, this is a 2 lap 5km course which is a great start to the the year. We had a great team of 6 take part in Oundle 10km with Kate Carpenter (53:09) and Fearne Carpenter (52:45) both achieving fantastic New Years PB's for their 10km race. What a way to start the year!

Steven Dowse ran in 35:38, with Andrew Thompson just behind in 39:39. Andy Johnson ran a great race in 47:11 for the year. With going out with intentions of running sub 50 Andy ran a great race and congratulations. Rebecca Atkinson finished the SADRC runners in 53:19. What a fantastic group of runners attending the race with excellent results all round.

Well Done to all, and a great first week for SADRC!
