SADRC had three representatives at Winterton Show’s 10 miler an undulating alternative to Heckington in north Lincolnshire which offers free entry to the show and a tractor themed medal. Steven Dowse was 11th overall in 59.18 followed by Leanne Rickett who managed to beat her time from last year and also achieved a post covid 10km pb within the race. Next in was Rebecca Atkinson in a time of 01:30:28 who had a chatty run making friends with the run organisers in the process and gaining a new nickname of Top Gun. All were expertly photographed by Darren Fissenden who managed to sneak in a breakfast burger whilst waiting for our finishers.
